Dave has been cleaning carpets at my apartment buildings for 18 years. He has been responsible for cleaning carpets in approximately 55 apartments every year. He cleans my building hallways, entryways and laundry room carpets twice a year for all 8 of my buildings. When we've had to call him for water leak emergencies after business hours or on weekends, he's always been able to come out and take care of business and that has made my Residents very happy.
